People experience love in many ways, including unrequited love. People also experience unrequited love in many ways. This is a blog of my personal experience with unrequited love. It is not intended to represent a “typical” experience, nor a particularly “atypical” experience, just my own experience. This blog, as well as the website associated with it, is intended as a form of personal therapy for myself, as well as a way to connect with others who may have had similar experiences.
To get the backstory on what originally happened that lead to my unrequited love, and to the website and blog, go to “Backstory” in the Categories section of this blog. I’ve created a month by month retrospective diary of my thoughts and feelings on this love from the point of recognition to just before I created this blog. These are listed month to month chronologically (month 1-18) under “Retro Blog” in the Categories section. I recommend you view these posts through the Retro Blog category and not mixed in with the regular (current) posts or through the regular archives, that would be too confusing. Then, you can view the “regular” posts in typical blog (reverse chronological) order, beginning from November 2008 through about July 2009. Or you could just click on any of the “tags” that interest you in the “Categories” section a little lower down in the sidebar on the right.
